Our standard MOQ is 1,000 pieces per design for custom-printed gift bags and gift boxes. For in-stock items with no customization, the MOQ is 500 pieces. Mixed designs within the same size and material can sometimes be combined — message us on WhatsApp with your requirements and we will confirm.

Yes. We offer custom offset and flexo printing on gift bags, gift boxes and party packaging. You can supply your artwork in AI, PDF or high-resolution PNG format, and our design team will prepare a free digital proof for your approval before production.

Yes. We offer both digital proofs (free) and physical pre-production samples. Physical samples are charged at cost plus express shipping, and the sample fee is fully refundable once your bulk order is confirmed.

Standard production takes 15–20 days after artwork approval and deposit. In-stock items ship within 3–5 business days. Sea freight to the US or EU typically takes 25–35 days; air freight takes 5–8 days. We will give you an exact schedule with every quotation.

We support EXW, FOB, CIF and DDP terms. We work with reliable forwarders for sea, air and express shipping, and we can also work with your own freight forwarder. DDP door-to-door delivery is available for the US, EU, UK and Mexico.

We accept T/T (bank transfer), and PayPal for sample orders. Standard terms are 30% deposit to start production with the 70% balance before shipment. For long-term partners we can discuss more flexible terms after the first successful order.

Yes. Beyond printing your logo on our existing designs (OEM), our ODM service can develop entirely new products from your concept — including structural design, material selection and custom molds. Share your idea or reference samples and our team will turn it into a production-ready product.

Every order goes through a three-stage QC process: incoming material inspection, in-line inspection during production, and a final AQL 2.5 random inspection before shipment. We provide QC photos and videos, and third-party inspection (SGS, TÜV, BV) is welcome at your request.

We use premium offset paper (157–250 gsm), kraft paper, coated art paper and specialty textured papers. All materials are FSC-certified options available on request, and our inks meet EN 71 and REACH standards for safe contact use.

Yes. We print to Pantone (PMS) references on request for both offset and flexo jobs. Please provide the Pantone codes with your artwork and we will confirm color accuracy on the digital proof and the physical sample.

We ship worldwide. Our main markets are North America, Europe, the Middle East and Latin America, and we operate a warehouse hub in Mexico for faster fulfillment across the Americas. Tell us your destination port or address and we will quote the best shipping option.
